Tandoori Taal opened on 12th Main with a simple idea — that food cooked over real coal in a real clay tandoor tastes different. Sharper smoke. Deeper char. Breads that puff the way they should.
Pair that with live ghazals and Hindustani music every evening, and dinner becomes the kind of meal you slow down for. We are not chasing trends. We are cooking the dishes our families have made for generations, and we hope they taste like home.
